There have been many sign ups to the virtual tour software initiative these past few months.

The amount of e-mails is getting overwhelming for me so I have decided to charge for "customer service".

The software will remain FREE. However, if you have any questions the $39.99 will get you e-mail support, access to flash tutorials and a forum.

Please let me know what you think about this.

First of all lets see how wikipedia define a blog:

A blog (a portmanteau of web log) is a website where entries are written in chronological order and commonly displayed in reverse chronological order. "Blog" can also be used as a verb, meaning to maintain or add content to a blog.

What are the pro's and con's of real estate blogs:

Pro's

  • Free CMS (content management systems available)

  • CMS allows for immediate publishing of data (posts and pages) on to blog.

  • Easy to install.

  • Inexpensive

  • In general, SEO (Search Engine Optimization) friendly

  • Constantly updated (good for SEO)

  • Interactivity with prospective clients

  • Blog's have personalities unlike static web pages.
