Design Services 1. Each of our designs are created from scratch and are 100% original. However, GuruRealEstateMarketing.Com cannot guarantee that a very similar design does not already exist. GuruRealEstateMarketing.Com therefore offers no guarantee regarding the availability of trade names or trademarks. If a similar design exists, GuruRealEstateMarketing.Com will work with the client to make the necessary alterations to the design, free of charge. However, by ordering a design from GuruRealEstateMarketing.Com, the customer indemnifies GuruRealEstateMarketing.Com, it's owners and affiliated companies/affiliated individuals/design designers from legal responsibility regarding all copyright, trade name and trademark issues. The customer agrees to take sole legal responsibility should the design be infringement upon existing intellectual property rights, copyrighted material, trade names or trademarks of any kind. 3. Premade design may be outsourced from time to time, we make sure that no copyright, trade name or trademark issues exist when we receive the designs. However, we cannot guarantee that no trade name, trademark or copyright has been infringed. 4. The turnaround times indicated on the web site cannot be guaranteed. We are 100% committed to delivering within the indicated turnaround times whenever humanly possible. 5. When a refund is requested (3 days after purchase), the customer forfeits copyright to the purchased desgin(s) and may not use the designs in any way or for any purpose whatsoever. The sole copyright to the designs in question will remain with GuruRealEstateMarketing.Com who may, at its option, either reuse or destroy that design. 6. In the custom design process, many designs are created that are not accepted by the client. GuruRealEstateMarketing.Com will retain ownership of all such concept designs, except for the final (accepted) version of the design which will become the property of the client. The copyright to that entire image in all its forms is automatically transferred to the client upon completion of the design process. GuruRealEstateMarketing.Com will not have the right to resell or reuse the design in any way. The only right we retain is the right to display all concept designs and the final design as part of our portfolio of past work, either on the Internet or any promotional material. 7. GuruRealEstateMarketing.Com may change specifications of design design packages, prices and the Terms of Service above at its discretion and without prior notice. The only exception to this is that GuruRealEstateMarketing.Com will not alter point 5 above in such a way that the copyright of the final design image is not transferred to the client.

All SEO services are non-refundable. My advice is the result of 3+ years of SEO knowledge and 5+ years as a Marketer. However, I do not Guarantee top position rankings/ SEO results as these are largely dependent on the amount of time you spend on optimizing your site and your understanding on Search Engine Optimization. I can guarantee, that my advice has provided me with positive results in the past and that if and when the guidelines are followed correctly, improvement in ranking should be seen.
